Nobody likes wasted water, especially in a desert., so we personified it. We created a character that would annoy even the best of them to let people and businesses to cut down on or replace unnecessary grass. A full campaign that had :15 broadcast/digital videos in English and Spanish, radio, among a slough of smaller assets.
